Friday morning we were off and left DDD behind with Grandma and Papa Dave in Scottsdale (a big 'thank you' to the both of them!) Brandon & Katie and also cousin Erin (bday gal) came up to stay with us for a night at the Hotel Vintage Park on 5th (great location!!) And, as you can see from the pics below, we had a great time!!
Saturday was the Hess wedding and it was beautiful. We enjoyed catching up with my sisters and Ms. Heidi Bracher chauffeured us to and from!
Sunday was also relaxing and we hit the tourist spots such as Pike Place Market and the Space Needle!
I think I want to go back... the weather was absolutely perfect too... and I really enjoyed all the walking we did! It was one of the best weekend trips of all time...perhaps this is due to the great company we were in!!
(Oh my, I almost forgot... Friday night we were even blessed with a little show of "The Worm" presented by, whom else, Mrs. Katie Betschart! Yes, this happened in front of a large homeless audience downtown after midnight. I am truly impressed she didn't even think twice about rolling around on those dirty streets... I could never! Lol! She even got really into it and had that "look" on her face, it was priceless. Then B was like, "Oh, this can't be good... we have got to get out of here!" hahahahahahahahah :)
