Cardio! Cardio! Cardio!

This is our family ritual... and not a bad one I might add! Knowing that physical fitness plays a big role in our lives, we decided long ago that we wanted to raise Dayton with "exercise on the brain" so to speak! Thus far it's working, Dayton is really excited about exercising and gaining large muscles like his dad! A few weeks ago we purchase the greatest thing... a Fisher Price Smart Cycle for him to ride. The best part, he gets to play video games (educational only of course) while cycling... cardio for all!! Rob and I have our large TV and Dayton has his small TV, side by side! (Notice the treadmill... I'm usually on it, just had to take the picture on this day!) (Another note - Great Grandma Bev's fabulous legs on the wall is an inspiration for all of us!)
